To create your custom song we collect only what the song needs: the first name(s) you want sung, the story details you write, your email address, and standard order information at checkout.
How we use it
- To write and produce your song — the name(s) and story you provide are processed by the AI music services that generate the lyrics and audio.
- To deliver previews, download links, and service updates to your email.
- To provide support and process refunds.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never use your story or your family's names for anything other than creating your song.
About children's information
Songs are ordered by adults. Any details about children (names, ages, hobbies) are provided voluntarily by the adult customer solely so we can personalize the song.
Data retention & deletion
Song files and order details are kept so you can re-download your purchase. Want your data deleted? Contact us and we'll remove your story, song files, and personal details.
